Practice

Meditation is life-changing.

It is known to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, cultivate compassion.

It does so when we can bring awareness to the breath,  to develop the practice of stillness by accepting the present moment.  By doing that, we can heighten our sensitivity to the beauty and stillness of nature, humanity and to the condition of our own physical body and emotional state.

Developed as a daily practice, we can clarify our own life purpose and create a feeling of peace and ultimate bliss. And, the more we can carry this into our daily lives, the more we can help spread this compassion to others, across the planet.
